Kitchens New Cleghorn LLC also announced the affiliation of David Richards as Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Richards is a member of The Richards Law Firm, L.L.C., which he joined in January 2006 after retiring from Cingular Wireless LLC as Chief Counsel-Federal Regulatory.
