William Bradford Drummond is an Associate Attorney in the Atlanta office of Kitchens New Cleghorn, LLC.

Brad focuses his law practices in the areas of corporate law and business litigation. Brad's corporate law practice includes formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities. He provides counsel to companies on a variety of business issues, including local, state, and federal laws, as well as business transactions. Brad also represents companies and individuals in business disputes, including general civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Brad received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. In law school, Brad earned the Dean's Award for Advanced Civil Trial Practice, as well as Dean's List recognition. He served as the President of the Emory Public Interest Committee and received the Dean's Service Award.

Brad attended college at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with honors in cultural anthropology. He is a third-generation Longhorn. Prior to joining Kitchens New Cleghorn, Brad practiced as a trial and litigation attorney in the fields of healthcare and disability law, products liability, and catastrophic injury, with additional litigation experience involving state tax enforcement and civil RICO violations.
