Randy L. New is the Managing Member of Kitchens New Cleghorn LLC, with offices in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. He focuses his law practice in the areas of Corporate and Business Issues, Employment Law, Contracts and Telecommunications.
Randy is an Atlanta native. He received a B.A. from Emory University in 1976. After teaching high school in Atlanta for three years, he attended Emory Law School, was named as Articles Editor of the Emory Law Journal, and graduated with a J.D. with Distinction in 1982. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Emory Law School.

Jeffery M. Cleghorn is a Named Partner with the law firm of Kitchens New Cleghorn, LLC, with offices in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. David G. Richards is Of Counsel with Kitchens New Cleghorn LLC, Attorneys at Law. He focuses his law practice in the areas of corporate and business issues with a concentration in advising telecommunications clients concerning federal and state regulatory issues, mandate compliance, spectrum auctions and FCC license transfers and assignments.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Richards was the Chief Counsel-Federal Regulatory at Cingular Wireless LLC (now AT&T Mobility) While there, he was instrumental in obtaining Federal Communications Commission approval of numerous transactions including Cingular's $41 billion acquisition of AT&T Wireless Services and its $1.4 billion purchase of NextWave spectrum.
